Meet Arina

I'm an IACP Accredited Psychotherapist with a particular focus on relationship and couples therapy, alongside LGBTQIA+ and GSRD-affirmative practice.

My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), integrative psychotherapy, and a compassionate, collaborative approach that supports individuals and couples in navigating life’s challenges and creating meaningful connection.

I am committed to providing a personalised and collaborative therapeutic experience that respects each client’s individuality and lived experience. My approach fosters emotional insight, resilience, and meaningful personal growth in a supportive environment that both affirms and celebrates each person’s individuality.

Sometimes, we just need a space to make sense of what is happening.

Relationships can bring up parts of us that are difficult to understand, especially when we feel hurt, disconnected or caught in the same patterns.

Therapy can help us slow down, listen to what is underneath the conflict, and find our way towards greater understanding and connection.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also become difficult places to be when we feel hurt, misunderstood or disconnected from each other. You may find yourselves having the same arguments, struggling to communicate, or feeling caught in patterns that are hard to change, even when you both want things to be different.

Couples therapy offers a space to slow things down and make sense of what is happening between you. Together, we can begin to understand the patterns you have become caught in, what lies underneath them, and what each of you may be longing for but finding difficult to express.

My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with a focus on creating greater understanding, emotional connection and security within your relationship.

I welcome couples and partners across diverse relationships and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+, queer, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships.

Individual Therapy

There are times when life can feel difficult to navigate, whether you are going through a period of change, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, or simply finding yourself struggling with something that is difficult to make sense of on your own. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what is happening for you, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.

I work collaboratively and at your pace, offering a space where you can feel heard without judgement and explore whatever feels important to you. My approach is integrative, drawing on different therapeutic perspectives to meet you where you are and support you in finding a way forward that feels meaningful to you.

I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQIA+ and GSRD clients.
