I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with expertise in a range of therapeutic approaches. My practice is grounded in a person-centred, integrative framework, with a particular focus on relationship and couples therapy, as well as working with gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity (GSRD). I am committed to providing a personalised and collaborative therapeutic experience that respects each client’s individuality and lived experience. My approach fosters emotional insight, resilience, and meaningful personal growth in a supportive and affirming environment.
